Welcome to Adanu Transport and Tour. By booking a tour or service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

Your booking is only confirmed after full or partial payment has been received and a confirmation message or email is issued by Adanu Transport and Tour. Please review all tour details carefully before confirming, including travel dates, traveler names, destinations, and number of participants. Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or by contacting us directly.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot, and the balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before the tour unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other approved methods.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour will receive a full refund of the balance paid, excluding any non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour will forfeit 50% of the total booking amount. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the tour are non-refundable.

Changes to travel dates or the number of participants must be requested at least 48 hours before the tour. All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Tour itineraries are subject to change due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. Adanu Transport and Tour will make every effort to provide the planned itinerary but reserves the right to adjust for safety or logistical reasons.

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification, necessary travel documents, and complying with local laws. Any personal belongings left in vehicles or hotels are at the traveler’s own risk.

Adanu Transport and Tour is not liable for loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in tours, except where caused by our negligence. Travelers participate in tours at their own risk, especially for activities such as boat rides, hikes, and wildlife excursions.
