Day 1 – Arrival in Accra & Welcome Orientation
Arrive at Kotoka International Airport, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Accra for check-in and relaxation. In the evening, enjoy a welcome introduction and, if you wish, an optional nightlife experience (at your own cost). Overnight in Accra.

Day 2 – Accra Heritage Tour
After breakfast, explore Accra’s highlights, beginning with the National Museum of Ghana to learn about the country’s rich history and culture. Continue with a walking tour of Jamestown, famous for its colonial architecture, lighthouse, and vibrant community. Visit the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, followed by Independence Square (Black Star Gate), one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. Conclude with a visit to Christiansborg (Osu) Castle, a historic coastal fortress. Enjoy lunch in Accra, then spend the evening at leisure to relax or explore. Overnight in Accra.

Day 3 – Arts, Craft & Pan-African Legacy
Visit the Artist Alliance Gallery to admire contemporary and traditional Ghanaian art, followed by a stop at the Fantasy Coffin Workshop to see the unique, creatively designed coffins. Continue to the Art Centre for a drumming and dance workshop and browse local crafts. Enjoy lunch in Accra before visiting the W.E.B. Du Bois Memorial Centre, dedicated to the life and legacy of the Pan-African scholar. Spend the evening at leisure. Overnight in Accra.

Day 4 – Fly to Kumasi & Ashanti Introduction
After breakfast, take a morning flight to Kumasi. Upon arrival, visit Bonwire to see traditional Kente weaving, then continue to Adanwomase to witness a Naming Ceremony. Proceed to Ntonso for a demonstration of Adinkra stamping. Enjoy lunch in Kumasi, then return to your hotel to rest in the evening. Overnight in Kumasi.

Day 5 – Kumasi Royal Heritage
Visit the Manhyia Palace Museum, the official residence of the Ashanti Kings, followed by the Prempeh II Jubilee Museum, which showcases royal artifacts and cultural treasures. Day 7 – Cape Coast & Elmina Heritage
Begin your day with a guided tour of Cape Coast Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that offers insight into Ghana’s colonial and slave trade history. Day 8 – Kakum Canopy & Rainforest Walk → Return to Cape Coast

Day 9 – Cape Coast → Accra via Eastern Region
Depart early from Cape Coast toward Accra, making stops along the way. Visit the Aburi Botanical Gardens and the Tetteh Quarshie Cocoa Farm in the Eastern Region. Enjoy lunch en route or in Aburi. Arrive in Accra by evening and relax at your hotel. Overnight in Accra.

Day 11 – Ada Foah Estuary & River Experience
Depart for Ada Foah and embark on a boat cruise where the Volta River meets the Atlantic Ocean, visiting tidal islands and local fishing villages. Enjoy lunch in the Ada region, then relax on the beach for the afternoon. Overnight in Ada Foah.

Day 12 – Ada Leisure & Community Immersion
Enjoy a free morning to swim, fish, or simply relax. In the afternoon, engage with the local Ewe community to experience their traditions, salt-making, and storytelling. Have lunch in Ada, then in the evening, return to Accra or stay overnight in Ada, depending on your plan.

Day 13 – Shai Hills & Final Accra Experience
Depart for Shai Hills Resource Reserve for a wildlife safari, exploring caves and the reserve’s diverse flora. Return to Accra for lunch, then enjoy a free evening — perhaps a farewell gathering or local music and dance experience. Overnight in Accra.
